Supervision is available for research, with areas of specialist staff interest including: criminal justice, intellectual property, environment law, US constitutional law, death penalty studies, pension and investment law, human rights, employment law, company law, property rights.
Entry requirements:
Upper 2nd Class Honours degree in law or a related social science discipline; registration for MPhil or PhD is subject to the approval of the research proposal by both the Faculty and the University Research Committee.
